At OWELL®, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it quickly and fairly.

 

Return Window

Returns for overstock items may be requested within 60 days of purchase.
Returns for damaged or defective items may be requested within 30 days of purchase.

 

To Be Eligible For A Return, Items Must Be:

  • unused and unopened

  • in original packaging

  • with seal intact

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.

 

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • the item is defective

  • the wrong item was received

We will review the issue and work to make it right.

 

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to:

  • request a return for the original item

  • place a new order, and once the return is received, we will apply the refund

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • processing time depends on your bank or card provider (usually 3–5 business days)

 

Return Shipping & Refund Fees

OWELL® does not charge restocking fees.

For approved returns, a return shipping label will be provided, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed.

This does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. In those cases, OWELL® will cover the return shipping cost in full.
