At OWELL®, we are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable shipping on every order.


Order Processing & Shipment

Orders are shipped the same business day when placed before the daily cutoff time.

Cutoff Times

  • Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM ET

  • Friday: 11:30 AM ET

Orders placed after the daily cutoff ship the next business day.

OWELL® does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays.


Tracking Information

Every order is shipped with a valid tracking number so you can monitor your shipment from dispatch through delivery.

Tracking details are provided once your order has been processed and shipped.


Payment Verification

In some cases, OWELL® may request payment ownership verification before processing an order.

This may include limited payment method verification and may extend processing time when required for security purposes.


Order Cancellation

OWELL® reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Shipping Delays

While we work to ship every order as quickly as possible, carrier delays may occasionally occur after shipment and are outside of our direct control.
